Never
attended an RV Rally? Maybe 2005 is the year to change
that.
RV rallies are wonderful
opportunities to experience new things, learn something
and just have a great time with your motorhome or
trailer. There are rallies in different places all
year round, but you may want to mark two special events
down on your calendar for the coming year.
The first of these is appropriately enough called
The Rally, and it's held at the Toronto North/ Cookstown
KOA in Cookstown, Ontario. This year marks the fifth
anniversary for this wonderful event, which is hosted
by several different RV companies. You don't have
to belong to any club or association - it's open to
everyone.
And you don't have to be an old hand to enjoy this
event. It's a great way for new RVers to get their
feet wet. By day you can enjoy informative seminars
on everything from gear to travel tips and more. In
years past, participants have enjoyed presentations
by The RV Warehouse, The Hitch House, Wagon Trains
RV Tours, RV Lifestyle magazine, Head-O-Matic, On
The Road Again Insurance and many other groups. But
it's not all work and no play. By night, The Rally
serves up some awesome entertainment - this year highlighted
by the Beatlemania Show, featuring the Cavaners. It's
a great time for everyone.
The Rally runs from June 2 through 5, 2005. Most people
who attend it once wind up coming back year after
year, and that really says something about what a
great event this is.
While The Rally offers the chance to enjoy a great
weekend here in Canada, you might also want to get
ready for a smash event that will be held in the United
States. Of course, we're talking about RV Lifestyle's
Music City USA Rally in Nashville, Tennessee.
