Join RV Lifestyle in Music City (Vol.33 No.6)

RVing has always been all about discovery. Being able to travel simply and economically allows you to discover wonderful places that most other people miss, and make new friends all along the way. This is particularly true in the case of organized rallies, where you have the chance to meet like-minded people from all over the map and enjoy special opportunities you might not have when camping on your own. Over the years RV Lifestyle magazine has attended a number of rallies and now, we would like to invite you to attend one of ours.

That’s right, RV Lifestyle magazine has partnered with Wagon Masters MB and Karen Wilson to organize the RV Lifestyle Music City Rally in Nashville, Tennessee, from July 10 to 16, 2005. We’ll be headquartered at the beautiful Nashville KOA.

While the final details were still being worked out at our press time, the basic package already sounds like the trip of a lifetime! We’re talking nightly country music shows, special welcome and farewell dinners, plus tours of the Country Music Hall of Fame. History buffs will enjoy our visit to the Carnton Plantation Civil War site, which housed hundreds of the more than 6,000 Confederate casualties, and the Fort Donelson National Battlefield where the Union army invaded the south through the Cumberland and Tennessee Rivers. Of course, no trip to Nashville would be complete without a lunchtime cruise onboard the General Jackson riverboat, or a visit to the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theatre. Wrapping it all up will be a special feature performance at the fabled Grand Ole Opry.

Our Music City bash isn’t just a rally, it’s a holiday you won’t ever forget. From the moment you arrive, you’ll find everything is looked after. Once you park your unit, you don’t have to move it again. All bus transportation to and from the different attractions and events is included. And, they’re our buses – you won’t be sitting next to strangers from other tour groups.

“This isn’t the kind of deal where you travel across the country then stay in the campground and play bingo,” says Wagon Master and RV Lifestyle columnist MB Wilson. “We’re going to wine you and dine you and you’re going to see the whole area up close and personal.”

As with everything, space is limited, so reserve your spot today. This will definitely be an event to remember! (Top)
