Northlander
Industries of Exeter Ontario is one of Canada's premier
Park Model Manufacturers. This company has been building
luxurious homes for almost forty years and their Supreme
41 FDS is one of their best selling models.
This
unit is 8-1/2 feet wide in the main body, and has 3 slide-outs
which, combined with the cathedral ceiling and large window,
"open-up" the interior to create an atmosphere
of spaciousness and liveability. This provides a well planned
unit which has private sleeping quarters, spacious storage
areas, and a kitchen area that the ladies will certainly
appreciate.
The unit that we inspected at scenic Pine
Grove Park across the Lake Chemong Causeway from Ennismore,
Ontario was the popular front den model. This is one of
four optional front layouts available from Northlander in
the 41 FDS
We
took particular note of the interior appointments, which
included rich wainscotting with accenting chair rail, Canadian-made
premium quality furniture, deluxe appliances, designer draperies
and plush carpeting. The interiors are available in four
different decors, which may be chosen to reflect one's personal
taste and requirements.
When we visited the park Kim Wallace, owner
of Pine Grove pointed out the large matching Add-a-Rooms,
which are available from the factory or can be purchased
later. These additions certainly present an attractive package
and improve the appearance of the Park Model.
Overall, we were most impressed with the
Northlander Supreme and appreciated the assistance of the
local Northlander Dealer, Stu Semple at Semple's RV Centre,
Peterborough, ON, and, of course, Kim Wallace, our host
at beautiful Pine Grove Park. (Page
