RV Excitement Building From Sea To Sea! (Vol.31 No.2)

The spring thaw is around the corner, and our Camping Canada RV Lifestyle Magazine Road Test Teams are heading off on assignments for the upcoming issues. Our office is filled with enthusiasm, as our staff returning from RV shows from Abbottsford, BC to Halifax, NS, report that these have been some of the busiest events in years.

Families throughout Canada are discovering that the RV lifestyle is the most affordable and enjoyable vacation alternative available today. Not only can you travel wherever and whenever you choose, you have total control over your food and lodging with all the comforts of home.

The RV industry has created a wide range of exciting new models for the 2002 season, with prices to fit every family's budget. Canadian RV dealers can offer financing at the most attractive rates we've seen in a generation, and the focus on family values has never been stronger... we've said it before, but it has never been so true Ð this could be the best possible time to discover the RV lifestyle!

This issue of Camping Canada's RV Lifestyle Magazine features two major travel destinations. Karen Gerrie's account of the Wagon Trains RV excursion to New York City is proof that the "Big Apple" is, and always will be, one of the most fascinating destinations in North America.

Jim Stoness, our intrepid RV'er, discovered buried treasure of a very different sort in Drumheller, Alberta. For an RV adventure that will captivate the imagination of RV'ers of all ages, read "walking in the footsteps of dinosaurs" on page 24.

If this is your first issue of Camping Canada's RV Lifestyle Magazine, I would like to thank you very much for sharing your time with us. As we roll into our 31st year, we would like all of our readers to feel that they are part of our family. From the very first issue, we have written this magazine for you! One of our main functions as a magazine is to provide information. To this end, every issue carries a special section called the Direct Access Reader Information Service. On these pages you will find contact information for all of the products and services mentioned in the magazine.

For even more access to information, check out our website, www.rvlifemag.com, where you will find an archive of our favourite articles, and links to websites throughout the industry. You will also find the most convenient way to subscribe to the magazine... it's the best way to be sure you don't miss a single issue! (Top)
