The 2001 Fleetwood
Tioga 23B is built using the Ford F350 chassis that delivers
power and dependability with a 6.8L/V10 engine, aluminum-cage
vacubond sidewalls plus aluminum running boards.
To accommodate long drives the cab has also
been outfitted with adjustable, reclining seats with armrests,
a cassette stereo and cab air conditioning.
 The
cabover bed is a very roomy 54 by 76 inches with a nightstand
to store personal belongings. Three windows surround the
bed and add to the lighting of this spacious cabin.
An overhead TV is prewired for cable and
is perched above the 42 by 68-inch sofa bed. A luxurious
dinette set is positioned nicely next to the entry of the
cabin and the kitchen straddles the rear corner of the coach.
The galley comes with a three-burner, high-output
range with an oven, a stainless steel double sink and a
six-cubic foot Dometic double-door refrigerator. A fully
enclosed bathroom is tucked in the corner and has a molded
tub/shower pan, a marine toilet and a 12V bath vent.
 Storage
in this model includes overhead shelving, a pantry, a large
wardrobe cabinet and easy access to storage under the dinette.
Residential-style cabinets in the galley can hold tall cereal
boxes and the EZ Store storage system underneath the cabin
was developed using a rack and pinion system to give the
utmost ease in accessing your stored gear below.
Fill Tioga up on either side of the pump
with a rear fuel-fill location, especially convenient when
towing a vehicle. The 23B also comes with an exterior entertainment
centre complete with outside speakers and outlets for an
antenna and headphones. Plug in a radio or TV to enjoy favorite
programs under the stars.
The cab is equipped with driver and passenger
air bags, while the cabin has a smoke detector, LPG leak
detector and a CO alarm. The kitchen and bathroom have vinyl
flooring while the rest of the cabin is carpeted. Interior
fabrics come in midnight blue, earthen rose and celestial
teal to name a few, but Fleetwood took the pleasure of organizing
the patterns for those who hate decorating. Plus, privacy
is ensured with pleated shades.
